We offer professional office studios for individuals and teams, and commercial workshop studios for small companies and artists. The studios, spread out over two floors, vary in size and configuration. Small studios are perfect for one to two people, medium ones are great for three to four people, and larger ones can accommodate teams of six to eight.

In addition to each private space, our studio tenants have access to all the shared areas and amenities of the workspace, including conference rooms, phone booths, a lounge, and a kitchen, among others,
