9 Loft Apartments

The lofts feature open floor plans, high ceilings with skylights, the building’s original hardwood floors and exposed brick, abundant natural light, and individually controlled HVAC systems. Some of the lofts have mezzanines, perfect for a second bedroom or home office. The live/work studios are designed as open spaces, to accommodate a variety of uses, and have full bathrooms and kitchens. The building’s amenities include on-site laundry, off-street parking, a courtyard, smart access system, secure mail room, ADA accessibility, and elevator.

Our apartments are part of an Affordable Housing program, individuals or households who meet the income and household size eligibility requirements may apply. Qualified applicants will be required to meet additional selection criteria.

We currently do not have any available apartments, but we’re accepting applications for the waitlist. Applications must be reviewed and processed in the order they are received, having one on file puts your name ahead of others who apply later.

If you apply, please ensure your application is complete in its entirety as incomplete applications will be returned. You may print, sign and scan, mail, or fax back the applications to the address, email address, or fax number listed on the form when completed. All eligible applications received will be placed on our waitlist and processed in the order they are received. Please note acceptance of the application by our office does not guarantee approval.
