Kinda. Although the building does have a private parking lot, it is reserved for resident and commercial tenants. There is plenty of street parking for visitors.

Yes! All of our spaces are fully ADA accessible form street level, and all floors are reachable by elevator.

We have 9 loft apartments, and they are all different. Some are studios, some are 1-bedrooms.

A few of them have mezzanines that can be used as additional bedrooms, or as a home office. They have open floor plans, high ceilings, and many original details.

No, they are not. All of our apartments are part of an affordable housing program.

If you are interested in living here you should fill out an application, which we will keep on file, and will place you on out first-come-first-serve waiting list.

When an apartment becomes available, those on the waiting list will be notified, in the order their applications were received.

We have private offices, studios, and several shared areas and amenities.

Most of work space leases are for 1 year, but we do have some flexible options, including month-to-month.

We do. If you are interested in working here and there are no spaces available when you inquire, we will add your name to the list and notify you when something opens up.
