Accessibility

  • Wireworks is located near the corner of Liberty St, in Newburgh’s East End District. Our full address is 109 S William Street, Newburgh, NY 12550

  • The main entrance is on the left side as you face the building, down the ramp and through the courtyard.

  • Kinda. Although the building does have a private parking lot, it is reserved for resident and commercial tenants. There is plenty of street parking for visitors.

  • Yes, we do. Please make sure to lock your bike.

  • Yes! All of our spaces are fully ADA accessible form street level, and all floors are reachable by elevator.

Living here

  • We have 9 loft apartments, and they are all different. Some are studios, some are 1-bedrooms.

    A few of them have mezzanines that can be used as additional bedrooms, or as a home office. They have open floor plans, high ceilings, and many original details.

  • No, they are not. All of our apartments are part of an affordable housing program.

  • If you are interested in living here you should fill out an application, which we will keep on file, and will place you on out first-come-first-serve waiting list.

    When an apartment becomes available, those on the waiting list will be notified, in the order their applications were received.

  • Go to the APARTMENTS tab on this site, and follow the steps outlined there.

  • Yes they are.

Working here

  • We have private offices, studios, and several shared areas and amenities.

  • Most of work space leases are for 1 year, but we do have some flexible options, including month-to-month.

  • We do. If you are interested in working here and there are no spaces available when you inquire, we will add your name to the list and notify you when something opens up.

  • Yes, you can do both. You can see the options here.
